Penske Truck Leasing inaugurated a new, state-of-the-art maintenance facility in Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico, bringing its full-service pure leasing offerings, contract maintenance services and sales of pre-owned trucks to its customers in the region.

The Valley of Mexico region is the most active in the movement of goods and motor transportation operations, which aim to serve the largest consumer center in the country.

Technology plays an important role in this new facility, incorporating diagnostic equipment and service software, which seeks to provide customers with faster operations, ensuring that trucks spend more time operating than in the workshop, Gerardo highlighted. Clients value this strategic location, closer to their logistics centers, which will allow them to have better operational performance and keep their units on the road.

An example of this technology is Voice Directed PM, a voice command system through headphones to direct technicians through Penske's proprietary system that tells them the procedure to follow according to the requirements of each unit.

This new fully roofed building of 5,300 m2 is located in the Xhala Industrial Subdivision, on Jesús Jiménez Gallardo Avenue number 40 Lots 7 and 8, a strategic location for the activities that are generated in the area.

The facility has 10 service bays (with the option of 10 more) and a washing bay, a parts and spare parts warehouse, a waiting room for operators, as well as a reception area, administrative offices and meeting rooms.
