Whirlpool highlighted that due to the experience and results of the plant since its creation, the company decided that Mexico will be the only country where it will manufacture this line of refrigerators for the first time in the region.

The laying ceremony of the first stone was directed by Susana Zazueta, plant manager of Ramos Arizpe; Eduardo Elizondo, Vice President of Operations for Mexico, and Raúl Vargas, Director of Operational Excellence, accompanied by company leaders and collaborators, unveiled the plaque that marks the start of construction of the new line that will produce the best French refrigerator. door.

The managers highlighted the results that have led the plant to such high performance, which is why last March it obtained the silver level in the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) certification.
