Governor Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo inaugurated a new Waison MX plant in the Guanajuato Industrial Center, Irapuato. This facility, which represents an investment of $7.3 million, will allow the manufacture of electrical transformers, which previously required imports.

This will reduce costs, shorten delivery times, and reduce technological dependence, strengthening Mexico's electrical infrastructure. The plant will generate 250 direct jobs.

The president of Waison Energy, Xijun Feng, emphasized the company's commitment to technology exchange between China and Mexico, as well as to training its staff to take advantage of opportunities in renewable energy.

On the same day, Wasion MX also inaugurated an expansion of its plant at the Silao Inland Port, with an additional investment of $4.5 million and the creation of 250 new jobs.

With these investments, the Chinese company, a specialist in smart energy solutions, strengthens its presence in Guanajuato.
