Rental prices for industrial properties in Aguascalientes showed an annual increase of 11% compared to May 2024, when the price stood at $5.69 per square meter.

The Aguascalientes South industrial corridor has been the most in-demand in the market in recent months, hosting new projects, which have entered the market with the highest prices in the city.
