The Bajio, known as the "Mexican Diamond," has established itself as a key hub for industrial investment thanks to its strategic location, which facilitates access to major national markets and the United States. This attractiveness is complemented by high-quality infrastructure and a skilled workforce.
At the end of May, total industrial construction in the Bajio region markets exceeded 800,000 square meters. Queretaro led construction activity with 46%, followed by Guanajuato with 26%. Aguascalientes and San Luis Potosi contributed 15% and 13% respectively.

In the first two months of the second quarter of 2025, the Bajio region began construction on 98,000 square meters. Guanajuato stood out significantly, having started nearly 50% of the industrial projects that began construction during the two-month period.
Among the most significant industrial construction projects in Queretaro are projects in Kaizen City, Vynmsa Park, and Vesta Park. In Guanajuato, some of the buildings under construction are located in Castro del Río Park and Parquesur American Industries.
