Leasing activity in Guanajuato's industrial market totaled 21,000 square meters during July 2025.

Of interest: Industrial property leasing in the Bajío region grows 7% year-over-year

During July 7, construction began on 26,000 square meters in Guanajuato's industrial market, representing a 24% increase compared to the same month in 2024.

70% of these construction starts are located in the Silao-León submarket, representing Class A industrial properties. The projects are being developed in the Advance Puerto Interior industrial park and are estimated to be delivered in early 2026.
