At the end of the second quarter of 2025, the Bajio region reported a total demand of 280,000 square meters, a 7% increase compared to the same period last year.

The Guanajuato industrial market led the demand during the second quarter of 2025, accounting for 36% of total occupancy in the region. San Luis Potosi ranked second with 33%.

Queretaro, for its part, contributed 24% of total demand in the Bajio region, while Aguascalientes accounted for 7%, thus completing the regional rental distribution.
