Retail in Santa Fe raises prices due to pressure from office demand
Econohábitad | June 22, 2026 |

The Santa Fe area remains one of the most sought-after commercial corridors in Mexico City, driven by the concentration of corporate offices, mixed-use developments, and a range of services focused on workers and visitors to the area.

Of interest: The Juriquilla submarket in Querétaro is registering a sharp increase in office rental prices.

Recent market data indicates that the median rent for a commercial space in this submarket is 580 pesos per square meter per month. Most of the available supply operates within a range of 500 to 650 pesos per square meter.
