Within this context, Juriquilla stood out as the most dynamic submarket, recording the highest price levels in the city and an 18.8% annual increase in rents, one of the strongest performances within Querétaro’s office market.

Price evolution in this submarket is closely linked to the quality of its inventory, where 87% of available space corresponds to Class A buildings. This segment concentrates the strongest tenant preference due to its infrastructure, operational efficiency, technological features, and strategic location. This composition has allowed Juriquilla to maintain rental levels above the market average.
