In the last year, the Chihuahua industrial market has seen the completion of class A properties by institutional developers. These properties, with higher rental prices, have driven up the market rental price.
The North submarket is positioned as the submarket with the highest rental price in Chihuahua, with $7.71 USD per square meter. This increase is caused by the completion of class A buildings throughout the year that have immediate availability, developed by Intermex in the Carolina Industrial Park.

With an average price of $7.14 USD per square meter, the industrial market of Chihuahua is positioned as the fifth highest nationally, surpassed only by the markets of Mexico City, Ciudad Juárez, Tijuana and Tecate.
The price increase is also attributed to the limited supply of class A industrial properties on the market. Currently, Intermex and American Industries offer industrial spaces of various sizes, from 7 thousand square meters to class A properties that exceed 16 thousand square meters, with the aim of attracting investment to the industrial market of Chihuahua.
