Torreon has strengthened its industrial infrastructure with the start of construction on Penta Park Laguna, a Grupo JIBE project representing a $17 million investment. The project aims to expand the availability of space for manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and warehousing companies in the region.

The development will feature commercial lots along its frontage and 36 industrial spaces ranging in size from 728 to 960 square meters, equipped with controlled access and infrastructure designed for industrial operations.
