According to the Cluster Industrial B2B report, four industrial park and infrastructure projects were recorded between April and June, with a combined investment of $56.2 million, equivalent to approximately 20% of the capital announced during the quarter.

Among the projects registered during the second quarter, the development of Tijuana Technology Park, promoted by Hines in Baja California, stands out.
In the State of Mexico, a new investment was also announced for VCO Parque Toluca, developed by Grupo Vasconia, with an amount of $16 million and an area of 34,800 square meters.
Jalisco contributed another significant project with the inauguration of the second phase of the PILA Industrial Park, promoted by Grupo SESAJAL.

The report indicates that during the first half of the year, 10 industrial park and infrastructure projects were recorded, primarily located in Michoacán, Baja California, San Luis Potosí, Nuevo León, Jalisco, Hidalgo, Colima, and the State of Mexico. These projects represented a combined investment of $1,116.9 million and 221,500 square meters of construction.
