Mexico's office market starts the year with stronger demand

During the first month of the year, national office demand exceeded 80,000 square meters, doubling the figure recorded in January 2015.

Mexico City accounted for 48% of total demand, maintaining its position as the country's leading corporate market. Tijuana followed with a 16% share, reflecting a significant increase, Monterrey with 14%, and Puebla with 13%. This distribution shows greater regional diversification in space acquisition, although the capital continues to lead the way.
