Quarterly office demand reached 2,700 square meters, driving a 15% year-over-year increase compared to Q4 2024. Occupancy was concentrated primarily in the Centro-Juárez corridor, which absorbed 70% of the demand, while Angelópolis, the city's most modern and prestigious corridor, accounted for the remaining 30%.
In terms of price, Puebla is positioned as the market with the most affordable corporate rents among the country's major cities. The average asking price at the end of December 2025 is $13.70 USD/m²/month.
