With an investment of 530 million dollars and the generation of more than 7,800 sources of employment, the real estate developer company LITOS presented to the Government of the State of Mexico its new investment project, the Megapark 2 logistics park, located in the municipality of Tepotzotlán.

This announcement was made by Carlos Smeke Romano, CEO of LITOS, a company with more than 23 years of experience in the sector, with a presence in Atizapán, Tlalnepantla, Naucalpan, Tepotzotlán and Tultitlán.

The Governor of the State of Mexico extended to the company an appreciation for the trust placed in the Mexican entity and congratulations for the contribution of LITOS to the economic and social development of the entity.

It should be noted that, through its environmentally friendly projects, the company is the protagonist and ally of the logistics development strategy of the state territory, generating more sources of employment, LITOS has maintained its investment projects in the entity, through despite the challenges of the last few months.

At the meeting, held in the Guadalupe Victoria Hall, at the headquarters of the state Executive Power, the state president trusted that LITOS will be a decisive factor to continue with the reactivation of the economy.

According to Solili, Mexico City was the industrial market with the highest level of demand in April 2021, reaching a figure of more than 100,000 square meters, representing 25% of the country's total demand.
