In April 2025, the office market in Leon experienced significant growth, achieving approximately 5,000 square meters of leasing capacity. This positioned the city in third place nationwide in terms of demand volume.

The Lopez Mateos corporate submarket stood out as the most active, reaching almost 90% occupancy at the end of April, consolidating its position as a magnet for local, national, and international companies.

Currently, Leon's office market offers more than 28,000 square meters of vacancy, providing flexibility for new tenants. Furthermore, the average price per square meter is $12.52, making it the most competitive in Mexico.
