The State of Guanajuato has established itself as one of the most dynamic industrial markets in the country. According to information from the Solili platform, during the fourth month of 2025, 48,000 square meters of new industrial construction began, positioning it as the only market in Bajío to report construction starts during that month.

This growth reaffirms confidence in domestic and foreign investment in Guanajuato's economic environment, despite the uncertain outlook for international trade.

The new real estate developments are located in the San Miguel de Allende II and Santa Fe Puerto Interior industrial parks, which are key strategic centers for industrial infrastructure in the state. These projects range in size from 14,000 to 34,000 square meters.

In Mexico's Bajío region, there are currently 800,000 square meters of industrial space under construction. According to data from Solili, 50% of these developments are located in Querétaro, while Guanajuato accounts for 28% of the total.
