Demand in San Luis Potosí accumulates 28 thousand m² between January and April 2025

Demand for industrial space in the San Luis Potosí market between January and April 2025 reached 28,000 square meters, half the volume compared to the same period in 2024.

Companies that established themselves in San Luis Potosí during the first four months of 2025 were primarily in the logistics, manufacturing, and automotive sectors. 67% of the space occupied between January and April was in Build to Suit projects.

The submarkets that reported the highest occupation of industrial space during this period were the San Luis Potosí - Rio Verde Highway submarket with 20,000 square meters, followed by the San Luis Potosí Industrial Zone submarket with 4,000 square meters.

The largest transaction took place in a 16,000-square-meter state-of-the-art building. The lease was located in the WTC 3 industrial park.

The San Luis Potosí industrial market has shown greater caution in the face of the new tariff implementations that have been implemented globally. However, the expansion of domestic companies in the San Luis Potosí market continues, albeit at a more moderate pace.
