Finsa has added 496,000 m² of leasable area through eight transactions in Hidalgo, Monterrey, Ciudad Juárez, and Aguascalientes.

Finsa has allocated more than $643 million to the acquisition of industrial assets in Mexico, marking the largest purchasing cycle in the company’s history. Through eight separate transactions, the firm has added 496,000 square meters (m²) of leasable area to its portfolio, spanning 13 Class A industrial buildings.

The acquisitions span four strategic markets for industrial and logistics activity in the country: Hidalgo, Monterrey, Ciudad Juárez, and Aguascalientes. Beyond expanding its geographic footprint, these transactions allow the company to incorporate stabilized properties—assets with established occupancy and features tailored to the needs of companies seeking space for production and distribution operations.

In addition to direct acquisitions, Finsa executed transactions using "sale-and-leaseback" structures, which allow companies to sell their properties while continuing to occupy and use them under a lease agreement.
