The busiest municipalities are Monclova and Frontera, where the Fundidores Industrial Park is built. In addition, the first stone of the Frontera Industrial Park was raised.

“For years, businessmen asked the government to build an industrial park in the region to attract the installation of new companies. The private initiative understood that it must come up with resources to carry out projects of this type”, declared Ramón García.

The businessman added that, in addition to manufacturing parks, warehouses and warehouses are needed where business suppliers can be installed. Monclova and the Central Region are more viable, since they have quite qualified employees.

The private initiative also works to supply the need for industrial spaces that will be needed due to nearshoring.

In this regard, the state governor, Miguel Ángel Riquelme, pointed out that Coahuila has recently received an investment of 260 million pesos to carry out important projects for the Central Region, two in Monclova and one in Frontera.

Regarding labor, Marco Antonio Ramón García clarified that there are municipalities with a wide offer. “In the case of Coahuila, cities like Ramos Arizpe and Torreón no longer have enough labor. Monclova and the Central Region are more viable, since they have quite qualified employees”, added the president of the group.

In this context, the Frontera Industrial Park in Coahuila is considered one of those that will trigger the largest number of jobs. It should be noted that its construction implies an investment between 40 and 50 million pesos and will have a land greater than four thousand square meters.
