Industrial construction starts in SLP increase 18% annually

San Luis Potosi industrial market continues its growth phase despite global trade challenges. During Q2 2025, construction began on 58,000 square meters, reporting an 18% growth compared to Q2 2024.

New construction projects are primarily taking place in the industrial parks Logistik, Logistik III, and others, which have characteristics that classify them as state-of-the-art properties.

San Luis Potosí was the market with the highest number of new industrial development starts in the Bajío region during the sixth month of the year, accumulating 137,000 square meters under construction, of which 38% are available for lease.
