Mexico City has 800,000 sqm of industrial warehouses under construction

The country's capital is positioned as one of the main centers of activity in the industrial construction sector, registering more than 800,000 square meters of warehouses under development at the end of May.

Currently, more than 30 industrial projects are under development, mostly Class A, with sizes ranging from 5,000 to 52,000 square meters. This activity responds to the interest of companies that require logistics and manufacturing facilities close to one of the country's main consumer centers.

73% of the warehouses under construction still have no tenants, which could lead to an increase in the vacancy rate.
