Aeropuerto-Puente Pharr concentrated all of the transactions registered in Reynosa during May, positioning itself as the main investment destination for the month. Leases were specifically located in the Reynosa Industrial Center and El Puente parks.
The Aeropuerto-Puente Pharr submarket is currently the only one in the Reynosa market with speculative projects under development, carried out by Roca Desarrollos, which is building two first-class buildings in the El Puente industrial park.

Reynosa boasts an industrial offering exceeding 230,000 square meters, of which the Aeropuerto-Puente Pharr submarket accounts for 31%. The availability in this area is varied, from Class C buildings to developments with top-of-the-range infrastructure.
