
Leasing for industrial space in the Guanajuato market during the April-May 2025 period reached 71,000 square meters, registering a 20% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

During this two-month period, the manufacturing, logistics, and automotive sectors were the main demanders of industrial space. It is worth noting that 70% of transactions were concentrated in Build-to-Suit properties.
The industrial submarkets with the highest volume of leasing were the Silao-Leon submarket with 54,000 square meters, followed by the San Miguel de Allende-San José Iturbide submarket with 14,000 square meters.

The largest transaction was for a 34,000-square-meter state-of-the-art property located in the Santa Fe Puerto Interior industrial park.
