The Chihuahua industrial market is distinguished by the strong presence of companies in the aerospace sector. During this period, this sector attracted the largest investment, accumulating over 20,000 square meters leased by companies such as Safran and GKN Aerospace.
The logistics sector also had a significant presence in the Chihuahua industrial market during the January-April 2026 period. The investment made by Mercado Libre, exceeding 14,000 square meters of leased space, was particularly noteworthy.
