Aguascalientes Inaugurates new Valle de San Marcos Industrial Park with 99 Million investment

Aguascalientes has inaugurated the first phase of its new Valle de San Marcos Industrial Park, a project representing a $99 million investment with the capacity to house between 20 and 30 companies, according to the state government.

The complex aims to attract $1.1 billion in investment while generating 9,000 direct jobs and 36,000 indirect jobs.

José Arturo Crespo Pavón, CFO of Dintel-San Marcos Valley, explained that the park—located south of the state capital—covers a total area of 140 hectares. The first phase has launched with the development of approximately 30 hectares, equipped with the necessary infrastructure and services to begin marketing the site and welcoming companies.

It was also highlighted that the development is designed to cater to companies in strategic, high-value-added sectors, such as the automotive industry, electronic components, technology and innovation, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and warehousing, as well as light, medium, and specialized industries.
