The company is expanding its distribution of chassis assemblies with its new Just in Sequence / Just in time (JIS/JIT) plant in Toluca, Mexico, very close to its customers, which will begin serial production in July 2024.

The NOVA Plant represents an investment of 39.6 million euros in which ZFFCN will expand its advanced suspension module manufacturing operations in Mexico and add up to 150 new jobs. The NOVA plant is approximately 8 thousand square meters larger than the Already existing, this new plant will have high-capacity assembly lines for the just-in-sequence manufacturing of front and rear axle suspensions, as well as electric and hybrid passenger modules. 

For his part, Eike Dorff, CEO of ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules, expressed his pride and happiness at the inauguration of the fourth production plant in Mexico, starting in July of this year, our high-tech production lines set new standards for the assembly of axle systems here at this location.
