Vesta sees sustained demand for AI and Data Center infrastructure

Vesta Real Estate Corporation, one of Mexico's largest industrial real estate companies, said there is sustained demand for artificial intelligence and data center infrastructure, which is driving leasing activity in some of the country's largest markets.

The demand comes from electronics manufacturers in Guadalajara and Ciudad Juárez, while in cities like Monterrey and Tijuana, properties are needed for cooling systems and data center support infrastructure.

Vesta also reaffirmed its expectation of investing up to $1.7 billion as part of its "Route 2030" plan to finance developments in these markets and others, such as Mexico City.
