Valeo invests 29 million dollars to build a new plant in the State of Mexico

With the objective of increasing its presence in the automotive sector nationally and internationally, Valeo Sistemas Eléctricos announced a project in which it will invest 29 million dollars to build a new production plant in the municipality of Lerma.

The company intends to boost its position as a supplier to the Stellantis value chain, which has one of its most important plants in the country in Toluca, and which is currently preparing to produce electric vehicles in the coming years.

Valeo has been present in Mexico since 1990, with which it has strengthened with innovation and permanent improvements to the automotive sector at the national level, and currently has 16 production plants and three research centers throughout the country.
