This project will have a surface area of 1.5 million square feet and will be primarily intended for logistics and light manufacturing companies.

The company acquired more than 30 hectares, where it plans an investment of over 2.4 billion pesos, strengthening its expansion in the industrial sector, which totals more than 4 million square feet in the Bajío and northern Mexico regions.
