Vacant Industrial Space in San Luis Potosí Grew 30% Year-on-Year in November 2025

As of the end of November 2025, the industrial market in San Luis Potosí registered a vacancy rate of 278,000 square meters, representing a 30% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

The increase in the supply of industrial space is mainly due to developers investing in the construction of speculative warehouses aimed at meeting market demand.

Companies such as Vynmsa, Vesta, Soda Desarrollos, Morrison Real Estate, and Roca Desarrollos, among others, have been key players in the growth of available industrial infrastructure in the market.

Currently, the San Luis Potosí Industrial Zone submarket remains the main development hub in the market, with over 140,000 square meters available for lease.
