The automotive sector was the main driver of industrial demand in the Aguascalientes market, thanks to its growing dynamism and the consolidation of key projects that are strengthening the state's productive infrastructure.
All of the transactions recorded during the month were concentrated in the Aguascalientes Sur industrial submarket, where 80% of the leases correspond to properties under the build-to-suit model.
