Industrias Tajín inaugurated its new plant as a result of years of research in order to be able to genetically innovate its raw material and offer better products to its consumers. It will be located in Tala, Jalisco, as stated by Publio Adrianza, president of the Board of Directors of Industrias Tajín.

Since the first stone was laid in these facilities in 2018, they have invested more than 1,000 million pesos and during its construction, 1,000 direct and 4,000 indirect jobs were generated, being the leading company in the markets of Mexico and the United States.

The company also exports chiles in various presentations to more than 65 countries around the world, including: Canada, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Panama, Colombia, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and very soon the Middle East.

For his part, Aldo Fernández Castillo, general director of Industrias Tajín, stressed that the company focuses on its employees as the main asset of its development, which is why its facilities have a dining room, recreational areas and a nursery.

Enrique Alfaro Ramírez, governor of Jalisco, affirmed that the company raises the name of the state in Mexico and in the world, in addition to having a first-world plant in the food industry.

It should be noted that Industrias Tajín promotes the development of the harvest that, to date, is carried out in green as established by the Ministry of the Environment and Territorial Development. In addition, it is one of the companies that bet on its creation by installing part of its infrastructure in the north of Mexico, with the aim of reactivating this region economically.

"We have been able to develop initiatives in the agro-industrial sector that have that purpose, in the environmental issue, it is already a reality, for example, that the production of Tequila and agave that is produced in Jalisco has to be free of deforestation and is already certified on an international level. I am very pleased to say that here in the sugarcane zone, we are very advanced in the green harvest project to be able to stop burning the harvest and reduce the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere,” Alfaro Ramírez emphasized.
