The industrial market has begun to show signs of slowdown due to the current political and economic environment, which has led several developers to adopt a more cautious stance before starting new projects, although Queretaro remains one of the markets with the highest industrial demand in the Bajio region.
During the first half of the year, Queretaro's industrial market registered approximately 198,000 square meters of construction starts, representing a 27% decrease compared to the same period in 2024.
