
The San Luis Potosí industrial market continues to grow, despite the new commercial dynamics experienced globally. By July 2025, the market registered 21,000 square meters of construction starts.

New construction is taking place primarily in the WTC and Haun Can Park industrial parks, among others, which range in size from 5,000 to 15,000 square meters.
Currently, the San Luis Potosí market has a total construction area of 137,000 square meters distributed across 11 projects, 40% of which are available.
