Industrial space leasing development in San Luis Potosí at the end of August totaled 67,000 square meters, positioning it as the market with the highest demand in the Bajío region and third in the country.

In August, leasing transactions took place primarily in the San Luis Potosí Industrial Zone, Logistik II, and Logistik III industrial parks, with investments from the manufacturing sector.

In the annualized total covering the months from January to August 2025, industrial demand in San Luis Potosí reached 210,000 square meters, a figure that doubled the accumulated amount during the same period in 2024.

The increase in demand during 2025 has been driven by investments in BTS projects, as more than 65% of leases are for properties of this type.
