​ Industrial leasing in Ciudad Juárez reports a sharp increase during July-August 2025

In July-August 2025, Ciudad Juárez registered an increase in industrial demand, reaching 84,000 square meters leased, exceeding by more than 55,000 square meters the figure reached in the same period in 2024.

Demand during this period was driven by developers Centinela Property, Vesta, and Fibra Nova, which attracted manufacturing investment in the southern and western corridors.

Despite the increase in demand, Ciudad Juárez maintains a vacancy rate above 5%, one of the highest in the country. This makes the border market an option with wide availability and first-class infrastructure, pending demand stabilization.
