During July, Queretaro's industrial market registered the start of 45,000 square meters of new construction, representing 15% of the total industrial developments started nationwide.

The new projects encompass areas ranging from 2,000 to 23,000 square meters.

The Aeropuerto submarket accounts for 50% of the construction starts, located in the Puerta Queretaro and Airport Industrial Parks (PIA). The México-Queretaro submarket occupies the remaining half in the Technological Innovation Industrial Park.

Queretaro remains a dynamic industrial market, despite the low national activity. It continues to attract domestic and foreign investment, making it less vulnerable to protectionist tariff policies.
