Puebla is consolidating its position as a hub for scientific and technological innovation in Mexico through strategic projects linked to high value-added industries.

The Secretary of Science, Humanities, Technology and Innovation, Rosaura Ruiz Gutiérrez, emphasized that the development of the Kutsari project represents a significant investment in semiconductor production in Mexico.
