Before the pandemic, and with a potential investment of 1.5 billion pesos, the construction of the Sakura Park, industrial park was contemplated, whose execution would last 36 months and cover 14 hectares and 60 industrial warehouses.
Until June 2021, the project had a 50% development, due to the fact that some procedures regarding the permits with Conagua, CFE and SCT were stopped.
He also explained that this type of development generates million-dollar investments whose main axis is the generation of jobs and the supply line, a situation that will positively impact local commerce in its dynamism.
