ProximityParks launches its first logistics park in Guadalajara

ProximityParks has opened its first facility in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This project, called ProximityParks Guadalajara Centro, is strategically located in the city center and has 18,000 square meters of operational space.

The park is designed to optimize logistics and distribution processes, reducing distances traveled and making deliveries more efficient.

Thanks to this new operation, Mercado Libre will be able to reach the millions of consumers in Guadalajara, facilitating the delivery of more than 1.5 million packages, generating an economic impact of more than one billion pesos.

With this addition, ProximityParks expands its portfolio in Mexico, which already totals more than 430,000 square meters of industrial parks for last-mile logistics. The company has 17 industrial parks of this type and more than 9 billion pesos in assets under management, consolidating its nationwide expansion.
