Mexico has already positioned itself as the eighth most important e-commerce market in the world, and the digital channel currently represents 17.7% of national retail sales. Furthermore, e-commerce maintains growth rates close to 20% annually.

DHL Supply Chain Mexico indicated that the sustained growth of e-commerce in the country is forcing retailers, marketplaces, and brands to rethink their operating models to respond to consumers who demand greater speed, availability, and flexibility in deliveries.
