The northern region of the country has shown a significant increase in the supply of industrial warehouses, with widespread declines in its vacancy rates. The increase in the availability of industrial space has been a result of the slowdown in demand generated by the unstable climate in international trade.

By the end of September 2025, northern markets will account for 65% of the immediate supply nationwide, which in absolute terms translates to more than 3.2 million square meters in the market.
