At the close of January 2026, industrial demand in the Bajío region reached a total of 110,000 square meters (m²), representing a 6% increase compared to the same month in 2025.

During the first month of the year, industrial property leasing was primarily driven by manufacturing companies, which accounted for 70% of the region's demand.

Nationally, the Bajío markets accounted for 28% of the industrial demand registered during January. Furthermore, activity is expected to continue, supported by a wide supply of available space and rental levels that remain below the national average.
