Querétaro ranked as the third largest market in the country in terms of new industrial construction starts during April 2026, accounting for 11% of the national total.

At the close of April 2026, the Mexican industrial market maintained active demand, although with signs of moderation in construction and the addition of new supply.

During the fourth month of the year, total demand for industrial space reached 300,000 square meters nationwide. This figure represented a 7% year-over-year increase compared to the same month in 2025.

Leasing activity was led by Monterrey, which accounted for 22% of the national total. Guadalajara ranked second with 17%, while Mexico City held third place in demand, with a 15% share.
