Developer Meor announced the construction of its fourth industrial park in Tijuana: HubsPark Tech Campus, a large-scale project divided into five phases that seeks to merge manufacturing, technology, and business services in a single strategic site.

The first phase, already underway, includes an initial investment of $150 million and the construction of 120,000 square meters, including three industrial warehouses with high-quality standards.

This first phase includes three industrial buildings, two already under construction, with 32-foot-high ceilings, loading docks, equipped offices, and energy capacity for high-consumption processes. The goal is to attract technology and specialized manufacturing industries by leveraging local talent.

With this project, Meor consolidates its presence in Tijuana with four industrial parks, positioning itself as one of the leading industrial developers on the northern border.
