Guadalajara: Industrial leasing reached 190,000 m² in January-June 2025

Demand for industrial space in the Guadalajara market during the first six months of 2025 reached 191,000 square meters, representing an 18% growth compared to the same period in 2024.

Of Interest: Investments in Data Centers Increase in Guanajuato

The main businesses of the companies operating in the market between January and June 2025 are primarily in the logistics and manufacturing sectors. 100% of the space occupied during the first half of the year was in speculative projects.

The industrial submarket that reported the highest number of transactions was El Salto with 156,000 square meters, followed by the Periférico Sur submarket with 24,000 square meters.
