At the end of October 2025, the Guadalajara industrial market registered a demand for 10,000 square meters of industrial space.

During the tenth month of the year, construction began on three industrial projects in the Guadalajara market, reaching a total of 108,000 square meters, which represents a 60% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

The new industrial projects are located in the expansion of the Plataforma Park industrial park, Phase III of the complex, and are available for occupancy within the El Salto industrial submarket.
