Log-In Parks announced that it is developing its new Xona industrial park, which was designed to maximize its clients' operational efficiency by offering state-of-the-art industrial warehouses, highly durable floors, spacious and multifaceted loading docks, offices and common areas, as well as infrastructure designed to optimize productivity and logistics.

The new park will be located in Xonacatlán, State of Mexico, between the Toluca bypass and the Toluca-Naucalpan Highway. Its delivery is scheduled for September 2025. The park features build-to-suit spaces and top-quality infrastructure.

This project will have a footprint of 13,000 square meters, supported by a strategic location with direct access to the busiest highway network in the region.
