The increase in development volume is due to the start of a new corporate project of more than 90,000 square meters, the BanBajio Corporate Tower, which will be the tallest building in the region at 169 meters high and 30 stories.
In addition to offices, the tower will include business centers, auditoriums, and parking, strengthening the city's corporate offerings.
